CA. NANU R. MALLYA
CA. Nanu R. Mallya, B Com, FCA established the Firm in the year 1977 and is the Founder Partner with more than four decades of experience and standing in the profession.
He was actively involved in the activities of the Bangalore Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bangalore Branch first as the Convener of Building Project of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bangalore Branch and then also rendered services to the Institute’s Bangalore Branch as the Director of Management Development Programs. His philosophy has always been to repay, by whatever way one can, to the Alma Mater.
He is an accomplished Speaker and Facilitator and is regularly invited by companies and organizations to conduct Training programs on “Communications”, “Business Presentations” and “Time Management”.
He was nominated on the Board of Directors of State Bank of Mysore.
He was President of Rotary Club of Bangalore Orchards in 1988-89 and the club bagged 27 of 34 awards in that year. He was selected as a member of the Group Study Exchange Team from R.I District 319 Florida, USA in 1984.
He is the Chief Facilitator for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bangalore Branch’s course on “General Management and Communication Skills” for all qualified Chartered Accountants. He has been nominated on the GMCS group on the Board of Studies of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He specialises advising clients in Management Consulting, Strategic thinking and Planning.
CA. C. S. PRASHANTH
CA. C.S. Prashanth, B.Com, FCA, DISA qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2006 and joined Mallya & Mallya soon after as a Partner. He has handled various assignments in areas of Accounting, Taxation, Audit and Assurance, Consultancy and Financial Planning. In the area of accounting, he has provided valuable inputs to set up processes for capturing and recording transactions in compliance with the accounting standards and legal requirements. He has been giving advices on direct and indirect tax matters including the representation before the authorities. He has the experience of handling Statutory and Internal Audits of Corporates, Government entities, Banks, and Trusts. He also has rendered professional services in the areas of fraud detection, gap analysis, internal controls, process refining etc on need basis of the management
He successfully completed the post-qualification course on Information and Systems Audit (DISA) conducted by the ICAI in June, 2008. Being a DISA qualified, he has undertaken the IS audits of nationalised banks.
CA. VIJAY R. VANTAMINTA
CA. Vijay R. Vantaminta, B.Com, ACA joined Mallya & Mallya as partner in the year 2015. He is also pursuing Company Secretary course with Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has experience in varied areas of professional services including Business Plan, Valuation of Equity and Business, Project Reports for Banks and Venture Capitalists. He has conducted numerous audits and also rendered advisory services to Corporates, Banks, Government Bodies and Trusts.
He specializes in the firm on Structuring, Planning and Documentation under the Company Law and Income Tax areas.
