CA. Nanu R. Mallya established Mallya & Mallya in 1977 and stands as the Founder Partner with over four decades of distinguished experience in the profession of Chartered Accountancy.
A stalwart in the field, he has made significant contributions to the Bangalore Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) — first as the Convener of the Building Project, and later as the Director of Management Development Programs. His enduring philosophy is to give back meaningfully to his alma mater and the profession, a commitment he has fulfilled with passion and purpose.
Known for his dynamic communication skills, CA. Mallya is a highly sought-after Speaker and Corporate Facilitator, regularly invited by organizations to conduct training programs on Communication, Business Presentations, and Time Management.
His contributions extend beyond the profession. He was nominated to the Board of Directors of the State Bank of Mysore, reflecting the trust and respect he commands in the financial community. He has also held leadership roles in service organizations, notably serving as President of the Rotary Club of Bangalore Orchards in 1988–89, during which the club won 27 out of 34 awards — a testament to his leadership.
In 1984, he was selected as a member of the Group Study Exchange Team from R.I. District 319 to Florida, USA, further demonstrating his commitment to global knowledge exchange.
He has been a Chief Facilitator for the ICAI Bangalore Branch’s General Management and Communication Skills (GMCS) course for newly qualified Chartered Accountants, and has served on the GMCS group under the ICAI Board of Studies.

CA. C.S. Prashanth qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and joined Mallya & Mallya shortly thereafter as a Partner. Over the years, he has built deep expertise across a broad spectrum of professional services, including Accounting, Taxation, Audit & Assurance, Financial Consultancy, and Planning.
In the area of accounting, he has played a pivotal role in setting up streamlined processes for transaction recording and reporting, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements. His keen understanding of both direct and indirect tax laws enables him to provide strategic tax advisory services, including representation before tax authorities.
CA. Prashanth has extensive experience in conducting Statutory and Internal Audits for a variety of entities, including corporates, government bodies, banks, and charitable trusts. His services also extend to fraud detection, gap analysis, internal controls, and process optimization, offered based on the specific needs of the management.
He successfully completed the Information Systems Audit (DISA) post-qualification course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in June 2008. As a DISA-qualified professional, he has carried out Information Systems Audits for nationalised banks, adding a technology-focused dimension to his audit and assurance capabilities.

He is also pursuing the Company Secretary course with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, expanding his expertise to provide comprehensive advisory services in corporate governance and compliance.
With experience across a range of professional services, CA. Vijay R Vantaminta has specialized in Business Planning, Equity and Business Valuation, and preparing Project Reports for Banks and Venture Capitalists. He has successfully conducted numerous audits and delivered advisory solutions to corporates, banks, government bodies, and trusts, helping them navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes.
